How long does delivery take?

Most projects are delivered within 1–2 business days depending on your plan. The Starter plan has a 2-day turnaround, while Standard and Enterprise plans offer 1–2 day delivery with priority options available.

How many revisions do I get?

Starter includes simple revisions. Standard includes unlimited minor revisions. Enterprise clients receive dedicated designer support with priority turnaround.

What file formats will I receive?

We deliver final assets in PNG, JPG, and PSD formats. Additional formats (SVG, PDF, etc.) are available upon request.

Can I request changes after delivery?

Yes, within the revision scope of your plan. Additional revision rounds beyond the plan limit can be arranged at an extra fee.

Revision & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering work you love. Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. If you are unsatisfied after revisions are exhausted, please contact us to discuss a resolution. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis per our service agreement.
